I have been meaning to do this for awhile. I bought a car from Cars R Us. I had a problem and felt the company should make good and went expecting a fight. Reg Morrison made everything all right, no quibble no fuss and made me a believer. Thanks Reg!! You cannot find a better marketig substitute than a good experience.

I have bought several vehicles over the years... some good some bad. NEVER have i had the FANTASTIC service and support that I have received at this Dealership!! Annette and Jamie helped my family and I find the perfect truck that will serve as a family hauler as well as camper hauler! I have had 2 issues with the truck and they were willing and able to fix it before I could even arrange to be there... Not ONE hitch (except the one on the truck. lol) I will definately recommend and suggest they shop around, discover the horrible customer service and then COME TO THE BEST. Every time i bought a vehicle they put their sticker on the trunk/hatch and i have removed it right away... I would like your company to be the FIRST to STAY on my vehicle.. I WILL RETURN for my next vehicle.

Just a quick note here to tell you how very pleased Kevin and I are since our trade in on the vechicle we purchased from you. When I hear the commercial stating that Gary would not put a car on his lot that he wouldn't put his own family in it is words that are so true. We have bought 2 cars now from you. The first one was a great car. We didn't keep it long though because after our daughter got her drivers permit we decided that it wasn't suitable for our needs anymore. I myself, am not a winter driver and i could see that i was passing the fear of driving in the snow to my daughter. We sat as a family and decided that the best thing for our needs was to try a 4 wheel drive. Well...we found what we were looking for there. We were still hesitant though as we had only had our previous car for less than 2 years. I need to stress that Reg and Nathan sat with us and were extremely patient with us. The service that we got from them both was like you would get nowhere else. Gary, you have great people there and being our second time dealing with both Reg and Nathan we would never consider looking elsewhere for our next car that we purchase. Great people, excellent cars, outstanding customer service...thats what Cars R Us is all about. Thank you so much for all that you do.
P.S. By the way, just to let you know that both my daughter and I have driven in every snow storm so far this winter with no problems at all. This is the first time in close to 20 years that I have driven in it. Certainly could not have done it without your help. Thanks again!!!!!!!!!
